John Plyler is a licensed home inspector who has served the greater Raleigh area since 1988. He also holds licenses in the State of North Carolina as a residential building contractor, electrical contractor, plumbing contractor, heating contractor, and certification as a structural pest control inspector. The breadth of his expertise makes him the ideal residential inspector with the knowledge to recognize and accurately assess the condition of every aspect of a home. He takes an extremely thorough approach to every inspection, walking the roofs of homes as high as 28 feet. He also inspects the crawl space of homes, when needed, as well as all attic space, paying particular attention to possible structural and moisture problems. He takes multiple photos along the way, providing them in the report of any suspected or noted problems. Buyers or homeowners are welcome to accompany John during the inspection. Questions and concerns are answered both during the inspection and after the report is received.
