Gonzalez Home Repair starts with a complete preparation of the area by removing dirt and mildew to insures proper paint adhesion. Then we caulk around windows and doors, anywhere moisture can get in and cause the paint to peel. Gonzalez Home Repair scrapes areas where there is loose and peeling paint, then sand to make sure that edges are smooth. And they then prime the area before applying a top coat. In addition to these steps he uses only top of the line paint products. I needed 2 windowsill replaced, one was a second story sill that was challenging. Freddie responded to my request for a quote in less than a day. His work crew was on time, and professional in their conduct as well as the work they did on the sills. Freddie came by 3 times that day to check on the job, and even helped me unload groceries into the house. I will definitely call this company again.

I left Gonzalez Home Repairs a bad review. I would delete it but cannot. We had a failure of communication while he was out of the country but Mr. Gonzalez fixed all the issues as soon as he returned. I have no complaints and highly recommend this company.
