EXPERIENCE, DRIVE AND AMBITION Born & raised in western Pennsylvania, and have lived in Raleigh NC since 1992. I have always worked in a field dealing with public relations & pride myself on being "in tune" with others needs. I believe I have the ability to work with people & assist them through the process with ease.My main goal is to assist my clients, not only from beginning to end of the transaction, but to always remain in touch & build a relationship upon my capabilities of a professional, but also as a friend. I am a member of the National Association of Realtors, NC Association of Realtors & the Raleigh Board of Realtors. My clients enjoy working with me because I am loyal, detail-oriented, can make easy work of a difficult transaction, and diligently go the extra mile to get them what they want. Being experienced with First Time Home Buyers is my expertise. Owning a home is one of the biggest investments most people will make in a lifetime. I find it extemely important to educate my clients & my experience enables them to understand factors that affect the property value they are considering as well as those that impact value today and in the future. My track record includes Real Estate Owned transactions, relocation specialist,converting renters into buyers and traditional real estate transactions. Understanding the needs and motivations of the sellers and buyers I work with makes me a valuable asset to them.
