This representative did NOT follow up on his promise! He did not call the day after to give me a quote price. I call him about 3-4 days later! He stated they are making the drain pipe and it would be finished around noon! No call! I then called back, he said "it would be at the end of that day!" I waited for the call! I called them again to leave a message on their answering machine! I gave up, then tried to submit a BBB complaint! Since then I found another company and now I am waiting for their estimate in the mail! A.Q.R. is no good for me!
