Not good Totally sucked. Didn't do any diagnostics recorded no data, closed the dampers to half the house and left. No recommendations, advice or comments. Just took the hundred dollars (insurance co-pay) and left. Tried to defend himself by calling me a lair about my career, called me an entitled individual argued and then hang up on me. Very unprofessional, defensive and rude. Wanted another hundred to come and try again. I figured the guy would tell me what was wrong (he thinks the unit is undersized though it's been on the house for years before we bought it in December 2020) and that he would tell me what it would to fix it. He preferred to defend himself. As this is a home purchase insurance claim he could make good money doing a replacement but he never even offered to try. Spoke highly of his employee and his work for the insurance company but didn't have much to say when told he was the fourth contractor called by the insurance company. At this time of year (September 1st) if an A/C repair tells you they can be there the next day, their is probably a reason they're not busy. This review is looking pretty epic! Nice!
