DO NOT USE TRIPP CONSTRUCTION!!! Kyle will basically steal your money and not produce a pool. He does not respond to messages. He tells continuous lies. What minimal work you may get out of him will be be horrendous and you will have to pay someone else twice as much to correct. Do your research and read reviews that are current. His dad started the company and all the good reviews are regarding his work. But when he retired, an unqualified and questionable son took over and that was the end of it!

I wish we could give zero stars. I will try to make this as brief as possible. We have had nothing but problems with Kyle Tripp and this company from day one. Mediocre to poor quality, lack of detail-orientation, lack of communication, lack of urgency, excuses, lies, and unfulfilled promises are just some of the words I would choose to describe our experience with Kyle Tripp. Kyle is absolutely horrible to deal with. He's a nice guy in person, but that's where it ends. We had a pool installed by Tripp Construction back in 2019...and we are still dealing with quality and liner problems in May of 2022. Some of our issues were due to water problems in our yard, which we've spent thousands of dollars to fix (and which should have been properly addressed when the pool was built). As of late Summer of 2021, Kyle had promised us a new liner, to fix some quality issues, and to make things right. Unfortunately, as of May of 2022, Kyle still hasn't fulfilled that promise. Kyle is still not responsive, is still lying, and is still up to his same old tricks. Kyle is a poor business owner that has absolutely no business running a pool company. It looks like we will have to now find someone else to fix his mistakes. We will now also have to make this a legal matter. He is not to be trusted, and you should absolutely not do business with him! Check out other online reviews...including the BBB, and you'll see we aren't the only ones who have had problems with him. I'd hate to see this happen to other people. We are posting this review so it doesn't! We hope others that have had bad experiences with him (yes, we've talked to many) also do the same.
