Beware of Empty promises beware of people not showing up on time beware of a mess being left behind beware of holes being made without being repaired beware of extended time that it will take beware of not going to bed at a decent hour because they need to finish the job but yet doesn't get done Beware of the person not getting everything he needs to do the job right the first time I have pictures of how my house was left he got here at 6 sometimes 6:30 first day didn't leave until 11:30 second day didn't leave until 10:30 at night and yet it was very unorganized had to get dropped off girlfriend didn't bring him on time so I had to be understanding in his eyes beware of messing up your appointments to accommodate him and him not showing up on time therefore losing money if you are self-employed
