Sheldon Norris is a flake. Do not believe anything he says or promises to do. He does not have a valid contractors’s license and will leave you hanging like he did us. This is a copy of my last email to Sheldon regarding a project he contracted to do. “You failed to complete any of the tasks in your proposal and have left me hanging with holes in the walls, no plumbing, no hot water, no drains, no electrical. Now, you have deserted me with a text …. “good luck with your project”. This small project was supposed to be done at the end of August or mid September latest. It is mid November and as usual, you are nowhere to be found. You have not paid you subs and now I am faced with hiring another contractor to finish the job. I gave you a deadline a couple of weeks ago and never showed up. It is difficult to explain how disappointed we are in absolutely every aspect of what you agreed to do. Please know, I intend to hold you accountable for all costs to finish the job, even if it means taking legal action against Remnant Construction LLC. My advice is do not believe anything Sheldon says. Hopefully my review will save you problems down the road. Bottom line is do not hire him.
