Termite damage to the deck off the master suite has caused this project to be undertaken. We have removed all of the rotten and infested wood from the deck and garage framing. Each aspect of the repairs have been handled with care. The exterior stucco has been sand blasted down to a usable surface and re stuccoed with customer selected colors. Trim paint and finish work.

Tommy Tank of the PBS television show with his name "Lets Get Cooking" experienced a good amount of water damage to his kitchen cabinets. When this occurs the counter tops can be affected. This renovation required new cabinetry at the lower cabinets for most of the kitchen. The new counter tops were selected and fabricated to fit perfectly with the existing tile work.

Sun room installations make for a great addition to this home. Having an enclosed screen room for many years has lead this homeowner to make definite decisions on how they wanted their project completed. Water control is a big priority for many clients. After years of water infiltration the concrete has been removed and replaced with raised concrete that is flat for interior use as well as a full size step/landing. The insulated materials used on this project make this addition into the most comfortable rooms in the house.

Removing a window from a kitchen is an idea most people would find alarming. Tammy and Gene received the idea with opened arms and the end result gave them exactly what they wanted. The large window area provided the ideal location to locate the refrigerator. By opening up the wall between rooms the space became more open and vibrant. Dark ceramic tile did not take away from the brightness and the colors all came together to make a dream kitchen. Knotty Alder cabinets as requested by Gene (Husband) gave a somewhat rustic feel to the kitchen. As pictured you can see the slab granite selected by Tammy and Gene and the finished installation. Tumbled Travertine backsplash and Travertine window trim complete the kitchen to their delight (also pictured).

What a beautiful transformation. This back yard space was converted from its desert origin to a lush entertainment area. There has been an addition of a solid patio cover with ceiling fans, lighting and speaker system as well as two separate lattice covers. One lattice cover is for shade and the other is to cover the walkway and support a grape vine.
