I had the misfortune of dealing with this company that was hired by a neighbor. While they were working on my neighbors property, My daughter noticed him in our backyard. I have small children at home that regularly play in our backyard so seeing a strange man on our property without prior authorization is alarming. When confronted about being on my property without any notice or authorization, he became aggressive and told me that I "Should call the police than" several times. I am a reasonable person and don't believe this matter should involve law enforcement. Had he only range my door and notified me that he needed to access our yard, there would be no issue at all. For these reasons I will personally not spend my money on someone who completely lacks common courtesy. There are plenty of reputable Tree Service companies out there.
