Customer contacted me and I was able to build them exactly what they wanted, something that would be safe for years to come and much bigger than their previous deck.

Before you frown on the idea of plank flooring you might want to know that its not all created equal. I've heard there is little variation between cheap and expensive plank flooring, that they all make noise when walked across. I've found this is simply not true. My wife I wanted the nice look of hardwood without busting the budget so we shopped around for the best deal. We must have visited every flooring store around finding a wide range of prices but no better quality in terms of the flooring itself. Does the expensive stuff really measure up against the lesser expensive plank, in my opinion not really. Thickness of the plank will determine how much noise your floor will make or not make. We found plank flooring at Sam's cheaper in price than most surrounding competitors. The quality of the flooring is what sold us more than the unbelievable price offered. The thickness of the plank is what really blew me away, the competitors didn't offer this option among there selection. Installation was a breeze and our floor is no more noisy than walking across the carpet that was down prior.

This addition was an anniversary gift celebrating many years of marriage. The homeowner was having trouble finding a company that could build the 15x18 screen room that his wife wanted. At the time our company did not have the manpower to erect such a large addition so we found a reputable builder at the customers approval. This customer called needing some flooring replaced but when we pulled the floor up, we got more than we bargained for. Water damage had consumed both sub flooring and framing requiring us to act quickly. The floor was no longer safe to walk on, that was until we handled it replacing the flooring with new materials creating a safe and sturdy floor.

This homeowner was having difficulty while doing laundry and wanted a more permanent solution that involved raising her appliances off the floor. We raised the floor, accommodated the plumbing and tiled the floor for a modern look. The owners couldn't believe how much of a difference the tile changed the look of the whole room. They were very satisfied and no more bending to get the laundry done.
