We used Nextdoor to find a recommended electrician & now he seems to have disappeared with our deposit. He has over $1500 from us from December 2015 and he has canceled and or no-showed for 4 appointments. We then asked for a refund on 1/13/16, which he said he would send & now it's been 53 days since he deposited our check and we still do not have a refund. We are going to file a claim against him in small claims court and file a complaint with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation.
