Identical experience. Told them the problem with my dryer by phone. They showed up and without even touching the machine told me that it would cost $500 to repair, more than it was worth. Still got the $90 service charge. I called the owner about my experience and he said "How else am I going to get paid for my knowledge?" Uh, maybe by repairing one of the other 23 appliances I own when it actually makes sense. Penny wise. Pound foolish.

Stated the problem on the phone and when James came out he said he doesn't have the tools to do the repair and said it's time to buy a new washer and still charged us $90.00. Crooked.
