Capitol Hill Gas Coal Fireplace

Feb 2015

The small coal fireplace in this turn-of-the-century home was too shallow to really do much with it. We deepened the fireplace enough to accommodate a Classic Arch coal effect gas insert, renewing the beauty of the fireplace while also converting it to an efficient source of additional heat.

1970's Colonial Fireplace Remodel

Jan 2015

Painted the bricks a different shade of green than the wall color for more modern appeal and installed a Valor G4 gas insert with a custom arched inset above the trim. Old wood - on the rustic wood beam mantel shelf and new wood floors - bring in elements from nature in this newly remodeled room.

Ashland Basement Fireplace

Sep 2012
