My name is Sandra D. Lauer (most people call me Sandy) and I've been a Realtor for 7 years. My husband and I have been married 40 years and raised two sons. They have gone on to graduate college and marry. Jeremy, my oldest married Suzanne in July 2001 and they have given me two beautiful grandchildren, Blake and Anna Faith . Jason, our youngest son married Krystal in July of 2008. They have two very handsome sons, Kennon and Kayden . It is wonderful to see that both of my sons and their wives have worked hard to buy their own homes at such a young age. Real estate is a great investment for the future. They all live in the Richmond Virginia area. Although I've been an insurance agent for 30 years, being a REALTOR is my passion. I have a proven marketing system, use modern real estate technology, communicate honestly and often, have a deep understanding of local pricing and also have a helpful support staff that includes a graphic designer, mortgage professional, office manager and receptionist that all make my job so much more professional and efficient There is nothing like finding buyers their dream home, or finding a buyer for a motivated seller.
