Mr. Wood is NOT responsive to the needs of his clients. He does not return phone calls or respond to texts unless threatened with legal action. His promises are hollow and insincere. I would NOT RECOMMEND this company at all!
Had to call twice before he retured my call to schedule an appointment. After 4 days l had to contact him to get his estimate which was out of the question. I don't think he wanted the job. Waste of time.
