Xpert Foundations specializes in foundation, repair (helical, push steel piers, carbon fiber and tie-backs for wall stabilization of bowing or cracked walls. We provide foundation crawl space dig outs for basement installation, floor stabilization and joist and beam replacement and repair including sill plate, etc... We are a complete foundation repair company. We also waterproof, damp proof, encapsulate, install drainage both interior and exterior. We install egress windows and doors for basements. We repair and install retaining walls. We replace and repair slabs for garages and basements. We repair and seal cracks with polyurethane and epoxy injection. We provide stucco work and creek rock foundation repair and replacement on older homes in conjunction with our stabilization, wall replacement and other drainage and repair projects.

I called Xpert Foundations today because of an unexpected problem with my home's foundation. It was an urgent matter because contractors were in our home installing flooring. I left a detailed message and actually had a call back from Louis within the hour. He asked for my address and said he would be able to stop over between jobs. I couldn't believe how fortunate I was to have called this company. He carefully examined the problem area in the foundation and explained exactly what my options for fixing it were. I would unequivically recommend this company to anyone needing work in their home or business. This company does much more than foundation work. Louis is a pro with a great team. He takes his time in assessing the problem and patiently explains how it can be fixed. Outstanding company!
