Novice, no experience, did not even finish the project and has not returned to complete it for a week now. My mistake that I paid him full amount in good faith before work was completed as he needed it and he promised to comeback and finish the work.

I am still waiting for Rosen to get back from their vacation or whatever in Florida. They are supposed to contact me after 9/28/15. That seems like a long time since they could just set up an appointment with me.
