  | Massive Deck | Aug 2015 | Kitchen and Bath Solutions is now offering decks under Schindler Remodeling LLC. This project is still under construction. The original deck was a small rotting structure that said little about the quality of the home it was attached to. The new deck has three levels stepping down to a massive octagonal fire ring. The total square footage is just over 700 sqft. When completed, this deck will have cable lined railings and two 13x13 sail canopies. | Cave Spring, VA | |
  | Modern Industrial Kitchen | Apr 2015 | This kitchen was completely demolished. The ceiling had to be pulled down to remove bulkheads over island and peninsula. Eight can lights, four pendant lights and a chandelier receptacle were installed. New water lines, drain lines, and electrical were installed for the island. The island is 12'x4'.
