They showed up on time and explained exactly what they were going to do. The tile removal was dusty, but they did a great job of keeping the work site clean and the finished bathroom looks beautiful.
I am still waiting for Rosen to get back from their vacation or whatever in Florida. They are supposed to contact me after 9/28/15. That seems like a long time since they could just set up an appointment with me.
