  | Petty | Jul 2014 | Fire destroyed the entire roof of this home. Smoke and water damage was extensive through out the rest of the home. We handled all contents for cleaning and salvage inventory. Demo of all damaged materials and a thorough cleaning of framing and exterior natural stone masonry. Deodorization from smoke and mold prevention was one of the most important steps before reconstruction could begin. Reconstruction included several tile baths, wood flooring throughout. new cabinetry in baths, kitchen and rec room. Custom bar was recreated as it was and a custom entertainment system was put back better than before. Over all a nice property that was returned to its former glory after a total loss from fire.
