Crap Scrappers

Received written quote to remove all debris from inside and outside of our rental property, we paid the deposit up front and received call that they were finished but it was dark and they would come back tomorrow to double check but they needed to get paid so they could pay employees for job. Sent money only to find out that they never went back and there is still debris all over yard. After repeated attempts to resolve with business, they told us they were done and not going back even though there is still debris left they were paid to remove. Owner refuses to complete job. I have pics and texts to prove my claims.
