  | Monster Dog Kennel | Feb 2014 | I built this huge 12'x20' dog kennel for a customer so that his family's dogs would have a comfy place of their own to stay when they come to visit. It was COLD, and the ground was HARD but we prevailed. this doggie palace was equipped with heavy gauge wire mesh to keep predators like coyotes out, a galvalume metal roof and radiant barrior decking to keep it cool, and mosquito screen to keep the pests away. | $3k | Rockport, TX |
  | Termite ridden Built-in | Jan 2014 | I tore out and rebuilt this built-in cabinet that had been yore apart by termites. The cabinet had to be built to exact dimensions so it would fit in its space and allow the re - use of the original doors. | $1k | Rockport, TX |
  | ADA Accesible Deck | Apr 2014 | We built this deck for a customer who is disabled. The customer wanted the deck as close to threshold height which came to right around 36". ADA specifies that the ramp from deck to ground level can drop no more than 1" per 12" of length. So with a 36" tall deck, the ramp had to be at least 36'. And then we added a 4' level landing in the middle for the customer to be able to take a break if need be. So we had the dilemma of where we were going to put this 40' ramp. So we ended up running the ramp down the whole side of the deck and making the connection on the far side of the deck. Customer was happy, so I was happy. | Rockport, TX | |
