Rockport WiFi

I spent 409 dollars for really bad service. It went down for good after 3 months they would not fix it. I didn't get a penny back . Do not use these idiots. But don't believe me read all of the other bad reviews. They need to go out of business and go back to work at a carnival sideshow where they belong.

Horrible service, the signal is so weak now that it’s essentially useless. My speed test shows less than a half a Mps, no where near the 5 to 10 Mps they claim. The office won’t even answer their phone anymore or return calls. I’m going on my 3rd year with them now, after Harvey their signal was adequate but now it’s bad or no signal at all detected. I always pay a year in advance and I’ve put up with their crap service, but I’m sick of this! I hope to get some money back but I’ll probably have to sue them.

I see a lot of negative reviews, but overall for the price, I've been pretty happy with the service. Downloads are decent, game play doesn't lag, movies stream. I'd like to give some of these reviews 1 star. If you want 50 - 100 Mbs speed, maybe cough up 100.00 month and get it. Don't cry about how unsatisfied you are with a 20.00 month service not living up to your ridiculous expectations.

Horrible! The worst internet reception ever. Worked great a year ago but steadily went down hill to the point that it's practically useless, forget streaming or gaming, you'll be lucky to read your email. I'm looking for an alternative, it's a shame because the price is right but the product is absolutely not worth it.
