It sounds like Steve H. had a similar problem to mine. I had a good experience until we had an issue. It has been 5 months since Kevin worked on my house and has yet to show up (when he schedules to show up) or call and make it right. In short, Very unprofessional.

Project was for removing existing batt insulation in attic and upstairs knee walls and replace with something better. Kevin gave me options for the knee wall for spray foam, dense net blow in, and dense blow in with fiber board. I went with the fiber board and dense blow in. The crew used expanding foam on all outlets. Got rid of all the 40 year old roll insulation. Did a great job in getting the fiber boards installed in the cramped crawl spaces. The rest of the attic used 18" of blow in fiberglass. I am very happy with the job. It took a day longer than estimated but that was not a surprise since I know the upstairs rooms and knee walls are a PIA to work in. I've already noticed a huge improvement. The upstairs rooms are much cooler than before in the summer with the AC running. Now that the temps have turned cooler, the heater does not run nearly as often as before. I highly recommend Cunningham for your insulation projects.

PLEASE PLEASE BE VERY CAUTIOUS ABOUT USING THIS COMPANY....JOB NOT COMPLETED AND ASKED FOR PARTIAL REFUND....HAVE TRIED SEVERAL TIMES TO GET THE REFUND THAT KEVIN PROMISED TO SEND AND HAVE HAD NO LUCK AT ALL....ALWAYS GET SAME RESPONSE THAT CHECK IS ON THE WAY AND SOMEHOW IT NEVER COMES. I ORIGINALY GAVE A GOOD REVIEW UNTIL I FOUND OUT THAT JOB WAS NOT COMPLETE, SO PLEASE BE CAUTIOUS OR DO NOT USE...

Mobile home floor insulation removal | Aug 2018 | The floor insulation was full of rodent droppings, had some water damage, and was badly compressed. The client wanted all of the insulation removed to be replaced at a later date. We removed all of the underbelly and the insulation that was damaged and ineffective. | $1k | Crandall, TX |
