Rich, if you are going to try to defame and slander a local business in review, you should tell the honest and whole story. A $35 or less push broom was mistakenly taken from this client's home by one of our employees. The broom looks identical to ones that we have, and had on the job site. Even though it was a mistake anyone could have made, TCP still apologized for it happening and has accepted responsibility for it being taken. When it was realized the broom had been taken, TCP notified the client. The push broom is to what Richard is referring to as his belongings. The time it took to return the broom was not to Rich's satisfaction, and so Rich filed a false dispute with his credit card company and subsequently TCP's credit card merchant, which resulted in Richard being refunded all of his money paid through credit card for a job that the total cost for was well over $1000. His grounds for dispute is that no services were rendered, that no work was completed, and that TCP never came to his house but took payment. After investigations, and months later still not having received the payment back, TCP decided to move forward legally, and that is what Rich is upset about.Why he is upset, I am not sure, since in the end he received free services, but that is the truth. As to the allegations of not caring for a child's safety, that's just not true. The wire that was installed outdoors and in-ground was the correct wire, and the client knew exactly what was being installed. At the completion of the job, TCP received great thanks from Rich and he expressed happiness with all services that he received. Triple Crown Pools takes pride in customer satisfaction. Hilarious, good reviews from Tim S. Tim you are the owner of Triple Crown your opinion is meaningless. Tim stole my belongings when i paid him to do work at my house. Tim refused to return my items despite several requests. Also Tim wasn't concerned with my kids safety as he used indoor only electrical wire outside in conduit. Not only against TX Code but highly dangerous as water and electricity don't mix. Beware of the very Shady Tim Sanders and Triple Crown Pools. They are the terrible.
