My daughter and I went in near closing one evening to fill out an application for a home we wanted to rent. My husband was unable to be there because he was still at work, so I decided to go because we didn't want to lose the opportunity of renting this home. I was almost finished w the app when she rudely stated We close in 3 mins. I told her i was almost finished.I also informed this lady that we wanted to purchase this home within a 6 month period. After she argued with me about how much it was going to cost me to purchase this home. She then proceeded to call the homeowner. The entire time she spoke in German obviously so I wouldn't know what she was saying. I do however know she was mocking me about our conversation about the home and me buying it. She gets off the phone, says she has bad news but due to my honesty and previous mishaps from a few years ago that he isn't going to rent to me. I had the money to lay down that night $3100 + $100 credit app fee and that is what she said to me and how she treated me \us. She even said she tried persuading the homeowner but he just wasn't willing to negotiate. I'm sorry, I don't believe that at all. First of all, if you were trying to help me you would have spoke English and not another language so I wouldn't pick up on what you were saying. So, you lost good renters and a buyer for your home. I hope people know what kind of property managers they are leaving in charge of their homes and opportunities that could be , but don't happen because they are so rude and unprofessional! I would NEVER want to do business w them!!
