Chuck Ruggeri, the owner of One Man & A Tool Box, is honest and the best construction & maintenance company we have used in the last 38 years of business. The array of large and small maintenance problems that can occur with apartment rentals is varied and, of course, on-going as renters are harder on property than owners. CHUCK IS AN EXPERT WITH PLUMBING, ELECTRICAL, CARPENTRY, PAINTING, APPLIANCES, POOL PUMPS, CONCRETE WORK/RETAINING WALLS, SIDING, ROOFS, FLOORING, BEAUTIFUL TILE INSTALLATION. Chuck is a retired MST professor, who began his company many years ago. He is SMART, HONEST, KIND, HAS INTEGRITY, WILL FIX IT RIGHT, & is far more than "one man & a tool box" with his professional crew of 20+ men. My husband & I make a joke that we pray for Chuck's well-being & health each day--but it really is not a joke. CHUCK HAS MADE OUR MAINTENANCE EASY TO HANDLE AT THE APARTMENT COMPLEX.
