Sullivan House Repair

This project was on a historical house in Rome, GA over 120 years old. These older houses can be tough to repair, it was built differently than houses today so you may run into some interesting obstacles. We were hired to fix the fascia and trim on the roof that was rotted leaving the interior exposed as well as some trim below the porch. Once we took down the damaged wood we could see that it was worse then we thought. We put our heads together and repaired the fascia trim and cornish sealing the roof again as well as stabilizing the brick wall and the porch to actually make it safer. That was a lot of fun and I learned somethings as well. Lovely family that owns this home was great to work with. Cool fact, this home still had the original chimney built around 1880.

Ring Flood Light Installation

This job was for my friends parents and it was a surprise to say the least when I got there and the existing floodlight was attached to the plastic vent underneath the roofs overhang. (You cannot install the Ring facing down because it compromises the cameras view and waterproofing case.) So I trouble-shooted this project for about 2 hours, last minute I had a solution with clients permission. I had to mount a metal bracket to the side of the house which was brick, then the floodlight mount and finally the equipment. Inspecting it to make sure it would hold we were in business. This job is usually 1 hour with setup. This one took 3-1/2 but I did not give up and they were extremely thankful for my effort. Another satisfied customer!

TV Mount-55" over fireplace

A client got this TV at a estate sale for a amazing price. Wanted to start her own home theater. My local friend actually gave me this lead and told me about the clients needs on this project. After verifying with the owner I got my tools and helped her hookup her mount then the Samsung Smart TV the same day. Love when projects go perfect, she was extremely happy after I helped setup the TV and make sure it was working.
