40ft Sycamore cut and haul for $585. Was very please with the job until Kevin told me he would cut my 4ft stump down to ground level LATER. Ok,when? Sometime next week... 8wks later still waiting."KEVIN" even had the odasatie to call me 3wks ago to tell me he so sorry he forgot. Still wating dude!!!

An Emergency tree removal was handled very professionally and with great customer care today!! Kevin worked into the dark to remove a 70 foot tall tree that was in danger of falling and damaging at least three houses! With in an hour after calling, Kevin was at my door and took care of the tree with extreme professionalism. Thank You!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

So I was one of the first people in El Dorado Hills to give Eco Cut a go as they were trying to break into the Area. Initially was not overjoyed at being the most expensive option around but liked Kevin. 9 Months in, they haven't been around in a month, do not keep regular appointments (Contract was for 2 x Month visit). Left a message last week, and called again to get voice mail. Kevin did just return my last call and has said that he will come to see me this week. I am not sure what is going on, but this is not a way to conduct business.

Truly professional. On time, completed contracted work timely and completely, clean up afterwords good work. A real fine, professional organization.
