Hi Ronnie Mathew thank for taking your time writing a review. Thanks for sharing that you are a tradesman, As you know there are trades and crews in construction which are coordinated. Plumbers, tile installers, framers, painters Can Not work all of them at the same time. We aplogize If we missed seeing you painting the wall, we would definitely say somthing about it, but is hard to- notice when someone is cutting the wall with a 2" paint brush, and I say is hard beacuse there's was baerly any paint on the wall, in the other hand as a homeowner and tradesman you should know that it's better to wait until we finished so you can paint everything, we are applying mud on the ceilings and you are painting the walls at the same time, at some point we'll see paint on the ceiling and/or mud on the wall, paint doesen't affect us, but the mud on the wall is hard to remove. Residential/ commercial work is the same process, framers go first then electricians and plumbers, then drywall guys, then drywall mud, paint is one of the last steps on any project, for that reason you should wait until everything is done and ready for paint. and never do both at the same time. Drywall mud never drys the same day. We never gurantee applying mud and sand the same day. We never said that and will never do. We never said we will be done by thursday, I think part of the confusion is that you kept in your mind that I said the first day we met that it'll be done by thursday but as you can see on the estimate # 653 it says clearly the bedrooms and hallway.. and invoice #1691 says the entire property living room, kitchen etc. when you see 2 different estimate it could create some confusion of what I said or what you heard the first time. especially if you are not familiar with the process of doing this type of work. We deliverd materials monday, we sent people to work tue. (at this point I thought you were going to remove the rest of the texture(So we both asume the other was going to remove the rest of the texture), then I texted you tuesday in the afteroon which was the end of the day (first day of work was done) and we agreed that ADP was going to remove the rest of texture on the ceilings. We offer free estimates, but the customer always decides which contractor to use, we will never be upset if you get 3 estimates. At any moment we did not encorage you to hire us, it is the customer who decides who to hire. Before shechulding any floor guys any homeowner needs to check with current contractor on site to see how far he is from finishing the project and/or share with the homeowner our advice of bringing another crew in the same work area. Homeowner decides what to do at their property. We never recieved a text monday morning saying "Hey, What's Going on?" text mesages, emails and phone calls- have been recorded. When we spoke again of doing the entire property I said that it will take approx. about 1 week and homeowner agreed to that. My guys failed to be there on a sunday morning, but they went there the day before, "please check your records". So the guys went back out there monday September 30th. Tuesday Oct. 1st. you asked to see when I can walk the job, we all agree sunday now from tue (Oct 1st)-sunday (Oct 6th) nobody worked there. Again: We never recieved any text message with displeasure saying "Hey, we've moved in, How are you going to deal with this". we would be glad to send you all transcripts. We went on a sunday morning Oct.6th to see what the discrepancy was, at that point nobody was putting any mud in a large amount everything was touch up (light work) small areas. So when the floor was installed it wasinstalled the first week we worked there, but we DID NOT perform any work from Oct. 1st-6th. We all went to the property Sunday the 6th ADP representative, workers and the homeowners to check any imperfecion on the ceilings, and they all agreed that it was completed by 100% after doing small touch ups. When we install drywall and drywall finish we never give an exact day when it will be completed in a medium or a large project, the reason is when the drywall is new it will require 3 coats in some cases even 4 coats and you need to wait until it dries completley from coat to coat, with that beeing said we estimate the job to be done in about 1 week we started monday Sept. 23th untill monday 30th. then we went back by owners request on sunday Oct 6th. We agree with mr. mathew was I said "you shouldn't have painted before getting the job done" I said that to both of them (homeowners Mr. and Mrs.) One last thing is that we never offered you any discount, you called us and ask for it, which is fine. we value our customers and their concerns. We were doing our work and that was not leaving trash behind, clean up (there will be some dust) and make the customer happy even when being ask to come and work on a sunday and after hearing owner complain we decided to work it out without having any truobles and he agress to that.
