Three months ago this company threatened to sue me for defamation if I didn’t remove my negative review. I refused and I’m still waiting to be served. There aren’t any other negative reviews on google because they probably threaten others too. I was originally quoted the remodeling of my bathroom would take two weeks it took approximately two months. Communication between the contractor and management was not good. I was told the reason why it’s taken two months to complete my two bathrooms was because the manager never paid the contractors so they were not going to come out and finish the work until they got paid. I called the manager to see what was going on and he told me that they were lying and that he would get it fixed. Another two weeks went by and no one came over to finish my bathrooms. I finally got fed up and called the CEO of the company and they were there the next day to finish my bathroom. Although the ceo never returned my phone call until I wrote a bad review and posted pictures. My bathrooms look like a novice did it the walls aren’t smooth, there’s lines everywhere, there’s holes around the door frame where they had to repair the wall, the shower faucet and the tub faucet leaks water, the tile in the shower is uneven. During the remodel I was told that a dumpster would be put in my driveway to place all of the work materials and trash in but, that never happened. Trash blew around in my backyard on my front porch for a week before I had to call and complain because my neighbors were complaining to me that trash is getting into their yard. This company is unprofessional. I wouldn’t even recommend them for anything. And the CEO of the company never called me back so that goes to show you how they treat their customers. All these five star reviews are probably from their employees or family members. That seems to happen a lot in Google. They even tried to have my review deleted.

They did a great job, doing exactly what was promised and performed after the sale follow up service.
