Pinnacle Appliance Svc Inc

We have refrigerator warranty through Assurrant. The icemaker on our 12 year old GE refrigerator sprung a leak and flooded our freezer. We contacted Assurrant and they sent our Pinnacle to do the repair. After 2 12 months of giving us the run around telling us there was no ice maker currently made that was compatible to our refrigerator I contacted GE directly. GE with 5 minutes on the phone gave me a model number for a compatible icemaker and even told me where I could buy it--any Home Depot store or at Home Depot. com. After contacting Pinnacle and giving them the info, they said they would be out the following week between 10 and 12 o'clock. They arrived at 3:30 and took 2 minutes to install it. I guess being over 3 hours late after waiting 2 1/2 months isn't all that bad.

If I could give Pinnacle less than a star I would. I had to call 3 times over a month to get a tech to come out and just "look" at my Haier washing machine. When he determined that the motor had burned out, and that a new motor was needed, he said he'd be in touch. 3 weeks came and went. I finally called him back and told him that there was no longer a "need" to call me back, I was forced to purchase a new washing machine. I am not accustomed to "chasing" service down. Pinnacle promptly took my money, $129.00 for the service fee, but gave me the "business". I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy. Thanks for nothing Pinnacle! I would say, "You get what you pay for..." But if I didn't get anything but the run around...

Called before coming, ON-TIME, prepared, knowledgeable, efficient, covered my stove, done in 45 minutes (shook my hand, which I like). Orrett fixed my Broan stove hood. I would hire Pinnacle again. Bob B. Crystal Lake, IL
