Specialty Fence Company

Specialty Fence was hired to install a wood privacy fence. Their rep. was told and shown where the fence was to be installed. The crew they sent out installed a 62 ft. section where the lead installer thought it should go instead of where I, the homeowner, wanted it to go and where I was paying for it to go. The "owner" came out today to discuss the issue and it turned out he was the lead installer. I was told if it was that important where the fence was installed I should have painted the lines for them. The owner/installer refused to move the fence to where I was paying for it to go. The crew also cut through the AT&T cable line. They left water bottles strewn about and nails and chunks of wood on the ground. Their rep. told me that specialty fence will extend the warranty if given a good review, so a good review may not mean much if someone just wants to salvage whatever they can out of making a very bad deal.
