I contracted with this vendor to install floor tile over my concrete floor of approximately 700 square feet. The vendor indicated the job would take approximately 2 weeks and was guaranteed for 1 year. He started the job in October and did not finish until December. The vendor failed to float the floor or use spacers resulting in uneven grout lines and lippage. He also did not wipe the grout powder off the tiles, which caused me to hire another vendor to clean the tile with muriatic acid. The vendor was paid in full with the promise he would return and fix the problems. He never returned or answered my phone calls.
