Didn’t pull permits which is unacceptable. Since then he refuses to finish the work and is demanding payment in full before he finishes. Paid him over $53,000 on an insurance settlement and still owe him $1,000 and he has made some real illegal threats to get us to pay him. Did two jobs simultaneously and has screwed us on the other job too. Unscrupulous and dishonest!! Our only leverage is that he’s not getting the balance of the insurance money on this one until he completed everything on his contract, if he doesn’t thankfully we will have the funds to complete the job properly. Don’t use this guy!!! Roy lies and he will tell you everything you need to hear and when questioned, he turns into a bully!! He’s not worth the hell you’ll pay in the long run. Shop somewhere else for your remodeling or restoration needs.

Caught them doing work without permits, Electric Contractor they used had to plead deal with Texas License board to pay only $1000.00 fine. My home is a mess. When we were living in an apartment awaiting house repairs they did not follow building codes. We had to move back- end of insurance money for apartment and they said the work was done. Only then we found out about the lack of permits. There were numerous violations. They kept saying we bothered workers. But we were just living in a house they said was repaired. Finally they got away with a couple of repairs and our money. My neighbors house is still being repaired from their repairs.

Home Again Restoration indeed going by their name surprised me by restoring and giving a professional touch to my kitchen after it was wreched down by gas explosion. Their service was outstanding and quick too. Their customer relation was superb and very reliable. It was a good customer experience. I do recommend them.
