OMG MY BRAIN HURTS!!!! But I THANK GOD for TRINA WASHINGTON, here’s why… I live at Hathaway village apartments which was just bought out by Pepper Pike. SANSONE was the previous managers that managed the property for the property owners. Well to make a long story short… Pepper Pike took over mid Feb 2022 without notifying residents until last minute like VERY LAST MINUTE so my funds where deposited into the previous owners account which to Pepper Pike, it looks as if I didn’t pay my rent. I got several notices to my door about a balance which I know for sure was paid via check. I found out about the fees at the beginning of March and has been getting the run around with Hathaway Village. NOW HERE IS WHERE TRINA WASHINGTON went above and beyond expectations as a customer service representative! After having no more ways to turn.. I called Sansone Company to see if anyone was able to help me retrieve funds from the old owner… we’re talking close to $3k OKAY!! The representative that picks up the phone when you first call sansone was RUDE!! The second lady was kind of okay in a way BUT NOTHING LIKE MRS. TRINA WASHINGTON!! The first two ladies first response was “WE DON’T MANAGE THAT PROPERTY ANY MORE” okay fine but I still want to know where my money went! The second lady passed my info over to TRINA WASHINGTON and OMG I AM SO THANKFUL my problem landed in the hands of Mrs. Trina Washington!! What I can say is she definitely is very attentive, positive, a GREAT problem solver, quick thinker, etc. I can go on and on!!! She let me have a VOICE and she HEARD me out. SHE LISTENED to my concerns and not ONE TIME CUT ME OFF MID-SENTENCE to tell me something I already heard ( WE DON’T MANAGE THAT PROPERTY ANY MORE) SHE ACTUALLY HEARD ME OUT!! SHE WAITED TILL I WAS DONE TALKING BEFORE SHE STARTED TALKING. WHAT I’VE BEEN TRYING TO FIGURE OUT FOR OVER A MONTH TRINA FIGURED IT OUT IN Less than 3 HRS..🗣 YOU GO GIRLLLLL!!! WE DEFINITELY NEED MORE PEOPLE LIKE TRINA WASHINGTON THAT KNOWS HOW TO WORK WITH THE PUBLIC IN A RESPECTABLE MANNER!!! If I could.. I would thank Trina Washington 1million times and Give her a HUGE HUG 🫂!!! ME AND MY FAMILY IS DEFINITELY BLESSED AND THANKFUL YOU WHERE THAT THIRD REPRESENTATIVE THAT CAME TO THE PHONE.. THE THIRD TIME IS A CHARM🍀 Now I can get those funds to the right account.. ALL BECAUSE MRS. TRINA WASHINGTON!! Your name gone RING BELLS HUN!!!!! KEEP WORKING LIKE YOU ARE WORKING FOR GOD, AND I PRAY MANY BLESSING YOUR WAY 🙏🏽❤️
