Sugar Creek Remodeling LLC, a Partnership, celebrates 10 years, in the spring of 2014. Formed by the merging of two successful, 20 year old remodeling companies: Tom Myers and Company (owned by Tom Myers) and Grand Building Company (owned by John Stieren). The decision for Tom and John to merge businesses was an easy one, both being dedicated to the small business approach of continuing to work on job sites as master carpenters and project managers. We can assure our clients quality craftsmanship, the experience, integrity, and first hand communication it takes to provide a superior project and remodeling experience. We simply are able bring more to the table than most of our competitors, In terms of passion for this business, understanding, problem solving, and value oriented Design Build Services. Sugar Creek Remodeling believes strongly in protecting our environment and participate in "sustainable building practices". To further this effort, we occasionally make available materials from previous jobs such as granite for countertops and cabinets. Using previously used materials helps both cost and the environment. Tom Myers is a stanch supporter of alternative energy. Last year Tom helped spearhead and form a Solar design and installation company Monarch Solar LLC. Tom believes we have to become vigilant in building smarter, more energy efficient homes and take seriously the environmental concerns we can no longer ignore.
