Jeff's Pool & Spa

We set up a service contract with Jeffs, but after 2 weeks of no service or calls, we were told they cannot service our area. Keep in mind, this is after being told they could service us and even giving us a contracted rate. Once we were told they could service our account, we cancelled our existing service. So, at this point, we are back to square one after weeks of waiting for Jeffs to live up to their obligation. I would highly not recommend using this less than honest company. We spoke on Thursday, May 26th and were advised on a $150.00/month charge plus chemicals. Mike in your office was contacted on multiple occasions and we were advised that it had not made it to scheduling for an exact date, but it would be and he would personally check on it if we didn't hear anything by June 16th. Then, on June 16th, we were told that our area wasn't in your service area. So, looks like Jeff's is still a low level company with dishonest practices and employees. Tristan even stated on the 16th that Mike would be advised that he was incorrect in his statements made to us. The bad thing is, once we found out we couldn't be serviced, we asked if it could be serviced for 1 month with us paying full rate just so we could find another company.
