JCF&D LLC, Carpentry Services

The better part of my experience has been in commercial framing, drywall, door installation, and anything involving carpentry. I have over 15 combined years of experience, but I started my company and being officially self-employed in 2015 when an opportunity was presented to build Hobby Lobby stores. At that point in time my next one was the location in Blaine, Minnesota. After proving my worth to the contractor he then left me in charge of the next two, one which is in Maple Grove and the other in Bloomington Minnesota. Since then I have excelled in many different areas and gained unmeasurable knowledge that pertains to all the trades especially my own. Everyday I make it my goal to learn more even if it means simply watching a video related to my interest and trades in hopes of improving on any level I can. I am recently a first time homebuyer and I appreciate good quality work when I see it, but I've learned since buying my house that is far and few in between. Especially since I started doing repairs in homes and door installations I've learned as well that there are too many tradesmen and or Carpenters especially, that are not passionate about their work or have pride in quality. To my experience most take advantage of consumers lack of knowledge and capitalize on it in every way that they can. Personally I do not agree with that way of doing work. I take pride in a job well done, and I am passionate about what I do. I more than anything love, absolutely love a challenge and even more so new designs and custom type projects.
