I am a new home owner and didn't really think much about my garage door until it broke. I also didn't know who I should call since this was my first time with this kind of an issue. After searching for a few different companies I found these guys. Alex was able to come out on the same day that I called them and identify that I had a broken spring, he was also able to give me multiple options to get my door working again. I really appreciated that there were options and he didn't push anything on me. Alex was great and I will be recommending this company to all of my friends and family.

Broken Gear Assembly | May 2015 | This was an older opener where the gear assembly inside the opener had given out so that the door would not open anymore. While we were there we also found that the rollers had rusted over and were also causing a lot of friction in the track which was also why the gears had been ground into dust. | $200 | Fridley, MN
Tune-Up & Safety Inspection | May 2015 | This was a standard tune-up and safety inspection. This customer wasn't happy with the amount of noise their door was making. So we adjusted the opener settings, greased and lubed all of the parts, tracks, and hinges, and checked over their safety sensors. Along the way we noticed that the door had originally been installed with plastic rollers when the house was built and that they had been grounded down to half their size. We were able to replace those with our high quality nylon rollers that have a lifetime warranty and 100,000 cycle guarantee. The door works great now and is as quiet as the night. | $248 | Ramsey, MN
Customer Owned Opener Installation and Track Adjustment | May 2015 | Customer had received a Craftsman 1/2 Horse Power Garage Door Opener as a gift for Christmas from his children but had yet to install it. We helped to finished the installation and also adjusted his track system so that door would open and close more smoothly. This call came in at 4 pm but we were still able to be out there by 5 pm and had everything done by 615 pm. Smooth install and a happy customer. | $250 | Fridley, MN
Broken Spring | May 2015 | This customer was having problems with their Garage Door opening all the way. It would begin to open normally but then after opening about a foot or two it would then go back down. This customer found us through our Groupon where we offer a $129 tune-up and inspection for only $25. When we arrived and assessed the problem we found there was a broken spring stopping the door from opening. We were able to replace that and still give them the value of the Groupon towards the new springs. This customer also chose our extended warranty so that he will be covered for up to 10 years. | $295 | Burnsville, MN
1/2 HP Chain Drive LiftMaster Pro Installation | May 2015 | This customer was looking to have a few things done at their home starting with the installation of a new opener for their single car garage stall. Along with that installation we also put in a new keypad, a new universal remote, helped to program another keypad on a detached garage they had, and also reinforced the door we did the original opener install on. Even with all those repairs and installations we were able to finish the job in under 2 hours. | $543 | Hastings, MN
Panel Reinforcement | May 2015 | This customer was having problems with their top panel. It was beginning to bend inward towards the middle and was causing difficulties for the door to open and close. We were able to reinforce the top sections with steel struts and replace the worn out rollers. This dramatically improved the door's function and helped to make the operation much quieter. | $267 | Shoreview, MN
New Garage Door and Opener Replacement | Apr 2015 | Tearing out the old door and recycling old components and installing brand new North Central Raised Panel Steel Insulated Garage Door along with a new LiftMaster professional 1/2 horse power chain-drive opener. Install includes two remotes, safety sensors, wall control, and wireless keypad. | $1k | Andover, MN
