| Holly Lane Renovation | Oct 2016 | This house was purchased for $29k, as the master bath ceiling caved into the bathroom, presumably, as we were told, because of a roof leak that cause mold and water damage throughout the building. Our task was to clean the substrate, put on a new roof, replace all doors, paint the tubs, etc. Upon our assessment, we realized the leak was not from the roof, so that budget was diverted to replace walls, ceilings and floors, with a complete kitchen makeover, to make the home habitable and profitable for the home investor on a limited budget . | $37k | Florissant, MO |
