  | Kitchen remodel | Oct 2015 | Kitchen remodel. Remove walls to open up kitchen. Removal of all existing cabinets. Install new wall, marble flooring, cabinets, island, glass mosaic back splash, remove existing light fixtures and relocate, add GFI's Island, wiring all undercabinet lighting and hidden GFI's, install new dishwasher, disposal, run new water line with shut-off for refrigerator. Close up 4'x8' opening to basement stairs from 1st floor. Mud, tape, patch walls and paint living room/dinning room and kitchen ceilings and walls. A little less than 6,000 total labor only. Customer purchased cabinets through cliq studios ( very nice, well built) and granite countertop through home depot. Overall cost of remodel was approx 24,000 to homeowner. | $24k | St Peters, MO |
