This project was simply fun to build! Our challenge was to build a 550 SF bungalow pool house which would replicate the original 1920s main house and carriage house on the property. This new construction has all the bells and whistles which include a full house generator, polk sound system, custom shower both inside and out, custom bookcases and furniture which was commissioned by a local artisan! The pool house was in a flood zone so the structure had to be elevated to meet building code. The biggest compliment for this project was when the tax assessor came on site and could not figure out which building was new! Now thats what historical construction is all about!

QHR removed walls between bedrooms, added closets to include a walk-in master closet, enlarged the master bath, installed sliders throughout, new kitchen a refinished terrazzo floors to die for! Hopefully, QHR has honored the spirit of this beautiful home!
