Namco

We purchased a 21 round from Namco 10/2020 and had it installed by Ken Ragucci. Needless to say it was not a good experience they showed up tired did damage to the pool while doing terrible job installing the pool. We call him numerous times and never returned our calls. If it wasn't for Andrew at the salem store we will still b stuck with a terrible situation Andrew was in contact with corporate and got the ball rolling for a new installation and took care of everthing. Andrew was extremely professional and knowledgeable and never lost his cool even when we did. If it was not for the staff at Namco in Salem NH we would never recommend this company. But they acted both swifly and professionals to make a terrible experience into a much more pleasant one. Kudos to Andrew and all the helpful staff at Namco. We have now put this behind us and will b returning to Namco in Salem NH for all our pool supplies. Thanks you,
