Aire Serv of the Willamette

This is not a fake review. It is from a very real and very disgruntled customer who has given Aireserve of Marion County/Salem (aka A-Team) multiple opportunities to get things right over the past several years. The fact that they still can't seem to fix my system even after selling me a new indoor air handler and a new outside heat pump tells me that that they either 1) didn't fix the system properly the first time around because they wanted to sell me all new equipment to the tune of many thousands of dollars, or 2) that their technicians are incompetent because after repeated visits that included new air handler and heat pump replacements, they still can't seem to get me a system that will actually heat in the winter and cool in the summer for more than just a few months. Either way, its not good. They finally pushed me over the edge today when, after waiting for two weeks for the service date they gave me to arrive, they called me 15 minutes before the technician was supposed to show up, only to tell me that no one would be coming because another Airserve company was now handling the account because I was no longer in their service area. Great customer service (not.) My experience is that this company was happy to sell me new HVAC equipment, but has not been willing to service it under warranty. While the technicians have been pleasant to work with, none of them (and there were several) were able to give me an HVAC system that would work reliably. My recommendation: Find a different HVAC company to deal with.
