In reference to C. Howard’s review. I would like to add my opinion. Sometimes in this line of work it gets incredibly busy and I cannot do some jobs. I repeatedly explained to Mrs. Howard that I was only one person and I did not have the time to do her project. I don’t know what customer she’s referring to about the door being damaged. If I know of a situation where a customer is not happy, I go to great lengths to make sure things are done right. I don’t think that Mrs. Howard is honest with her review.
