Dover Pools ends customer service when warranty expires. Refused to repair cracked pvc water supply because it was ‘old & out of warranty’. We fixed it ourselves with multi tool and it looks as it runs..like new! Misty service manager is very smooth and demonstrates no interest to help past customers if the product is out of warranty. So get yourself a multi tool to fix your own pipes and problems after warranty expires!
