I have had for over a year after switching from another service. I can recommend them to neighbors.

If I could give zero stars I would. The management is scum. They stole 6 months of money from my family, and then took our garbage cans without saying anything. When I called just now to find out what was going on, and why my cans were missing, I got cussed out by their "manager" and told I never "f%cking" paid, which I did in the same manner I have paid since starting service with them. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. No wonder their rating is so low. SCUM. The woman they have answering phones should not have a job. She is rude, unprofessional, and has absolutely zero integrity. She treats the customers who keep them in business like less than the garbage that they pick up (when they aren't busy stealing your money) My advice? find a new garbage company because ALEXANDER WASTE are nothing but lying, rude, thieves.

Service is fine but they dont take payments online, nor can you go to the office and pay them direct. Im really confused why they wont take payments directly at their office. I asked why they dont take payments online and they said they want to keep costs down for everyone. They dont have to charge everyone just charge extra for those who make online payments to cover the cost. At 2.9% + 0.30 using paypal only comes to $1.37 if they charge an extra 2 dollars on top of the $36 dollars per 2 months for service. I would gladly pay the extra $2 for the ability to pay online. Im sure most would be glad to pay it. I do not use checks and it takes extra time and is inconvenient for me to have to go get a money order to mail to them or leave on top of the trash can and I certainly don't want to leave cash on top of the trash can as it has gotten stolen before. I pay all my bills online. It is fast, simple and very convenient. I am trying to find a service that takes online payments. Hopefully Waste Management will do it. If so, Im switching.
