Horrible. New construction. HVAC doesn't keep house cool in the summer, furnace runs continuously in the winter. Their subcontractor, Central Heating, has come out several times but does nothing to resolve the problems. Hired another company to identify the issues and they found a whole bunch of problems.It will cost thousands to make the system work the way it should have from the start. I contacted Brandon at Perry and they won't do a thing to fix it, "it passed inspection."
